We want you and your children to be absolutely thrilled with our AI tools. If you decide that KiddoMagic is not the right fit for your creative journey, you are eligible to request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Eligibility Criteria
To protect our platform and prevent system abuse (such as harvesting high-resolution stories or colorings and then canceling), refunds are available if you have used less than 10 magic credits from your plan. Fully consumed credits or high usage accounts are not eligible for a refund.
Paddle Merchant of Record
All payments and subscriptions on our platform are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles compliance, taxes, checkout security, and handles refund operations on our behalf. Once an eligible refund is initiated, Paddle will return the funds to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
