KiddoMagic is designed for family-friendly, educational, and creative purposes. You agree not to use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or sexually explicit content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our safety policies.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing, recurring subscriptions, compliance checks, payment processing, and transaction fees. For payment or checkout support, Paddle's customer service handles your billing inquiries.

We offer recurring subscriptions and credit purchases. Subscription fees automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled through your account dashboard. We offer a 7-day refund guarantee for all purchases. Please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions and eligibility requirements to claim a refund.

While forgers (users) are provided with high-resolution exports and commercial use rights for many plans, KiddoMagic owns the underlying engine, generative styles, and AI models. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.
